limit on strong items in donation box

Hello Everyone
I was just walking around and I noticed that there was a dragon shield in the
donation box. As I have seen on this board, everyone generally agrees that we
shouldn't just give new players stuff so I propose a limit of some kind on the
kinds of weapons and armours you can put into the box. The game isn't really
rewarding if you can just take a super strong piece of armour from a box.
p.s I meant dragon turtle shield
