The correct thing is to report it as a bad turkey/stuffing. Sometimes they turn up in rooms that cannot be accessed by you (guild rooms, quest rooms, etc). Or sometimes, the area can be so big that even though it says "**", it still isn't close enough for the stone to detect.

I was looking for a golden stuffing in Calia.
Everywhere there was only one star showing on the stone
until i entered Amazons Guild.
There were two stars... but - as with just one star - the stone could not
point me to the stuffing...
The area is small so i checked all the rooms but found no stuffing.
Sometime later the stuffing dissapeared from my list.

Similar thing could happen a few times but i was not sure
that i checked all rooms.

So it happens that even with two stars the stone does not point you
to the stuffing/turkey.

Is this intentional? Some 'really fake' stuffings on the list that one can not find?
If you get a double star and it cannot pick it up what that means is that there is a non obvious exit that must be opened by exa, searching, touching, pushing etc. Now it doesn't always not work sometimes in a room where you need to 'push stone' to go east the stone will still tell you to go east. Its really a hit and miss.

Secondly a few of them when close to guilds are actually IN the guild. Making it impossible for those who aren't apart of them unable to reach, no matter how close you think you are.

On a fun note if your lucky you may be able to find a few "secret" rooms that you cant possibly find by searching, examining, or getting a lucky syntax code.

Maybe it's only me but I gave up on turkeys/stuffings in Raumdor.
It's always one star and the only places i have not visited are the cave behind waterfall and the maze.

Have you been to the Khiraa temple? It used to be pretty big actually.

Yes. But i hear Raumdor belongs to Kalad domain. So that may explain it.
