Greetings,
After the secession of immediate hostilities, there is a short period required
for the rush of adrenaline to subside before it is safe to leave the realms.
The period required for this adrenaline rush to subside (see note of 15th Feb
as well) has been reduced.
Furthermore, when you were fighting with a non-interactive being, this
relaxation will now happen twice as fast.
