Greetings Denizens,
It appears that my post was perhaps a bit unclear on
a certain matter.
This does, in no way, apply to any coded abilities,
skills, items, etc.
This applies only to the nefarious mortal-constructed
drugs that enhance speed.

As well, there has been some concern over whether
or not this can be policed. As with anything within
the realms, if you see someone acting oddly, let us know.
It is quite possible they are using these prohibited
substances.
*If you see someone breaking this rule, let us know*.
We do have tools at our disposal to determine if someone
has been using these drugs inappropriately.
