Hello! It's me, Julio!

I am so very happy to announce that the Wheel-Of-Fun will return this Yule
season as well!

I will be present from December 20 to January 5 inside the magnificent yule
tree, that you will be able to find just north of the Tower of Realms in
Sparkle. So just enter the tree (yes it's that big!) and come spin the
Wheel-Of-Fun! You get one spin each day, and you can win lots of nice prizes!
And it's all completely free! Brought to you by the GoG (Gnomes of Genesis).

But, but, you wonder. Why for so short time, it lasted a whole month the last
time?! The answer is called open market economy! Let, me explain. Even though
the GoG is an extremely wealthy organization the cost of running a lottery like
this is IMMENSE! Really it is. Do you know what the Morguls charge for a
Flaming Black Broadsword? You don't want to know! And of course due to the
success from last year, the price of the prizes has gone waaaay up this year.
Do you know what the Morguls charge for a Flaming Black Broadsword this year
compared to last?! You don't want to know!

Also, the price of imbuement stones has gone up so much we simply could not
afford anything but cracked stones this year. Buuuut, so there won't be any
unhappy faces during Yuletide, we are also proud to present a BRAND NEW prize
this year. You... can... win...

COIN POUCHES!

WITH PLATINUM COINS IN THEM!

Yay!

And of course all the other prizes you could win last time can be won this
time too. Except those super expensive super powerful imbuement stones.
So, see you all at the yule tree that will, thanks to ingenious gnomish
engineering, pop up in Sparkle at midnight between December 19 and December 20.

Yeah, something is up. He is working again now, we're trying to find out why he broke down and make sure it doesn't happen again. There are also other problems with the realms after a global update, not sure if it is related.

Okay, so with Nerull's aid we made some fixes to Julio to ensure he doesn't get stuck again. (Thanks Nerull) It is possible the problem was due to an otherwise unrelated global issue regarding an update on potions, and a player affected by that bug unintentionally and unknowingly broke the Wheel-Of-Fun when spinning it, leading to it becoming stuck at spinning.

Please commune me if there are further problems with Julio, but hopefully he should not get stuck anymore, regardless of any broken potions. The potions issue remains though, please contact the AoP team if you have trouble using potions.
