Lucius joins the Admin as AoD

Esteemed fellow Genesis Enthusiasts,

A new Sherrif is in town! But, well, I guess not really for you happy-go-
lucky mortals. Rather, for the wizards - huzzah!

Ever since Cherek stepped down as AoD, I have been doing what I can to
keep that position in a good place, and manage the needs of the wizard world.
But, as the wizard world can loudly agree with - the position really needs
someone more active than me. Lucius is not only more active, but he is a
MUCH better coder! He's also (like me) old as dirt around here, and can
look with understanding and authority on the domains and themes over which
the AoD position has thematic governance and wizard-management needs.

So, a big welcome to our new Arch Lucius, and many thanks for his upcoming
term of much-appreciated/needed service!
