Denizens of the Donut,

I am most pleased to announce that Arman, longstanding coder par excellence
and master of all things Krynnish, has seen fit to accept my invitation to
become the Archwizard of Balance. Arman has been around the block as many
times as I have and, believe it or not, we both have the same code mentor,
Jeremiah, the founder of Ansalon!

Arman has been among our most active and prolific wizards in the last year,
and has proven himself capable of doing much good work. I look forward to 
the kinds of energy and fluidity he can bring to the needs of Balance and
Reviews of new code.

Cotillion, like myself, will now happily only try to wear a single hat. In
his case, this will be the hat of AoG (Gamedriver) which he has done expertly
for many years, and will do now without other pressing issues to weigh him
down.

Huge thanks to Arman for his upcoming tenure, and much enthusiasm from his
fellow Admin who are excited to see him take this new role!
