Hello all,

Genesis isn't the easiest game in the world to come to grips with if you
are truly new to the experience of mudding. As so many more people are now
finding our happy realms, it is important that we allow them to have
plenty of time to have assistance learning the ropes before we cut them
loose, kick them out of the nest, and laugh as they flap helplessly toward
the sharp rocks on the ground.

As such, the game and certain key items (such as the newbie pin) will now
consider you a newbie until you have reached the rank of Great Adventurer.

If you lost your pin at Wanderer level, but are not yet a Great Adventurer,
you can reclaim a pin at any Common Board.

Tbh, old champ should be the level, aka expert? The game barely starts untill Myth nowadays but it gets going alittle around expert, thats when I'd stop consider them newbies xpwise

I am happy with this decision, but as i remember we had several discussions on the forum and some players came up with some pretty good idea's.
Wish they where digged up and coded because those idea's where even better than only this

And when you reach myth... they still call you names... like "baby myth".
