How about giving those who 'cheated' this way some kind of ..... punishment sounds so hard, but still.
I recall a 'forest week' in the navy. The fresh cadets had to spend one week out in the woods, sleeping in tents, learn to crawl in mud, walk walk walk.
At one night some guys went over to some other tents and made a fake attack.
Their automatic weapons where ofc loaded with blank ammo, but there was hellowa noice when the attackers broke loose hell.

But, they where caught by one senior officer (nick named Ironhart) and next morning he collected their weapons.
They had to go out and cut themselves bows and arrows!!
So when everybody else had machine guns, they had bows.

So how about letting the 'messenger gobblers' be clad in turkey costumes for some extra week with ofc no skills and specials but for a turkey.
Also talk should be prevented like the Sparkle church. All they can do is gobble (no exp ofc).
