Layman guild global review

Hi everyone,

This week Genesis has received a visit from the dreaded Auditors of Reality.
These celestial bureaucrats have found anomalies in the Book of Balance -
specifically with the world's layman guilds. To avoid our Donut being torn
apart and archived, guidelines on how special abilities for layman guilds have
been reviewed and revised, with these guidelines to be incorporated across
Genesis over the coming fortnight.

While most layman guilds are likely to be impacted in some way, magic-using
layman guilds will most notice changes to their maintained spells
effectiveness.

Please atleast launch some viable non magical laymans then that done lock weapons or align in so people can join something else now that warlocks will become useless :P We all know what nerfs mean, they are never small, just look at the "balancing" done to AA, went from a good guild to a shitshow for instance :P

Open free weapons on Blademasters for instance, or atleast bladed weapons.

You already have three to choose from: Pirates, Minotaurs, or Dragon Order
