Sailing changes

Hi all,

FYI - I am currently in the process of refining the sailing mechanics in Krynn
and Ansalon, expanding the sophistication of how sailing works and the role of
sailing skill.

To date sailing skill has been a skill unique to the mariners craft guild. That
skill will be expanded to the Pirates and Minotaurs of the Bloodsea - who up
until now have been able to sail without the requirement of skill.

That will soon change. So for pirates and minotaurs, please consider visiting
your trainer if you wish to continue being able to sail the high seas.

Finally, the mariners guild is likely to move soon from Kalaman to Palanthas.
