Defensive Effects Updates

Greetings citizens of the donut!

In order to solve some long standing issues in the defensive effects
system, we have made an update to the donut wide fabric of reality.
Some of you may have already experience oddities associated with the
update due to our oversight in effecting the change. Any lingering
problems should be resolved after armageddon.

Thus far we have only made the migration on magic users. Among other
things, magical stun has been lengthened and other inner workings
made to match evade and stone skin effects. We will migrate melee
effects to the same code base slowly over the coming weeks.

Please note that in addressing the aforementioned issues, we have
discovered some other items that we need to resolve. Those issues
are far more subtle require much deliberation and careful thought.
They will not be solved in the near future. In other words, if the
situation is working in your favor, enjoy it while we are
deliberating about what to do.
