Two Steps From Hell and Audiomachine make such an amazing pieces of music. They always put me up to epic fantasy mood. If you like what I posted above you can check out more of their repertoire and you won't be disappointed.
And there's always the Tristram theme from Diablo 1 which I can listen to on repeat for hours on end.

I probably play Genesis to the totally-in-keeping-with-fantasy sounds of the news more than anything, but if I were trying to set a Genesis mood, I'd probably go with
Goblin.

A bit off-topic question for Strider: Have you found any good more recent progressive/experimental tracks or otherwise great rock? I'm on the quest to add some new (post 2k) albums beside the classics. So far I've found stuff like this:

These 2 bands managed to restore my faith in good rock never dying or going out of fashion.
