Hello all!

Some background:
So we had a small tryout in 1998.

Then in 2003 we raised a big tent and borrowed some furniture.
We decided to lighten it up in 2005 with electrics, modernism and refrigeration
In 2007 we covered it all in pirate madness, grog, wigs and beards..

Now almost 10 years later, we are going to revive it - somewhat.

What?
The Genesis Shindig in Fredericia will take place in week 26 in 2016 from thursday the 30rd of june to sunday the 3rd of july.
Everyone is very welcome to attend, observing of course the good spirit of this community while attending.

At this point it is not yet possible to offer accommodations, but the city of Fredericia https://www.google.dk/maps/place/7000+F ... 1766?hl=en hosts many friendly Genesis players and cheap hostels, camping lots, etc.

Every time we have hosted the party we have in some form upgraded… This year.. we rented a party hall. It is a building in the very center of Frederica, with room for 150 Genesians (and the slots are filling quickly people!). Everything you need is literally within 10 minutes walk from the hall. (Shops, eating places, beach, (Hektors place) and so on). If you arrive by car it is very easy to find free 24 H parking space close by as well. The address is:

Egeskovvej 3, 7000 Fredericia, DK.

The closest airport is BLL (Billund airport).
The capital/international airport is CPH (Copenhagen airport).
BLL airport pickup will be arranged if you PM Castaneda.
Transportation from CPH airport to Fredericia is by train. 2 hours ride. Cost is 46 Euro.
Partyhall is 10 minutes walk from Fredericia train station.

I'm thinking about making the trip from Texas Seems like a good reason for me to travel around Europe before the party too!

I expect to be there, with bells and hammer on. I've got months to save up the plane fare, so it should be doable.
