This is a new "weekly" quest, much in the flavor of the Wednesday Market quest. However, this one, in addition to quest exp each time you complete it, gives you a special "buff" effect that will last for 24 hours or until you log out.
It begins Friday, and will repeat each Friday from henceforth.

Over time, the quest will offer as much qxp as a very large quest indeed. And, yes, there is a finish line.
