Allow me to discuss your "idea".
First, it is true that some Students are thieves.
Second, it is NOT true that all Students are thieves.
Third, it IS TRUE that ALL THIEVES ARE THIEVES!
Therefore, a much better solution would be blame the thieves for stealing,
collect the names and descriptions of every thief, and hunt them until they
leave the guild or quit the realm.
Hunting all the students is just silly and won't accomplish what you want. I
understand this easily because I go to school, whilst you appear to be some
igorant fuck who doesn't understand basic logic. I suggest you take a logic
class or two and maybe read a book.
