Personally I can attest that Plukragar was helping me to complete the quest for
Steel, and I finally made it after an extremely lengthy period of time and all
thanks to Plukragar.
The whole ordeal wasn't easy neither was it a pleasant one thanks to the
friendly neighborhood 'watchmen' who apparently have taken residence there,
keen on keeping everyone else out...
Also for the purpose of being able to complete the quest a bit easier I suggest
the tears should be more plentiful so you can complete the quest and leave the
place if you so choose?
Also I wish to extend my thanks to Lord Cotillion for implementing the change,
but also I question the decision for being required to visit the place in order
to keep the access... how long is a 'period' anyway?
