With their dying cries
our men-folk asked why
Ogres' head-seizing...
...what is the reason?
They seem well informed
before they're transformed
but when fully grown
they've heads full of bone
Is it diabolical ?
No! It's anatomical!
Since Ogres' head parts
lie over their hearts
blood pressure must fight
their towering height
Hence when standing erect
we observe the effect
of reduced blood flow
and so the brain slows
But when they recline
each one's an Einstein
when lying down low
there's nought they don't know
To best use their heads
we lay them in beds
special shackles forged
to keep them engorged
Now that they are prone
small folk need not moan
well, not from afar..
outside the boudoir
(ahh... the scientific method!)
