Evils are not stronger than goodie guilds at the moment.
There is however something more closely resembling a balance nowdays.
Still a knight is stronger than a DA of even size.
Calia still has the best DPS.
Neidar are the strongest tanks.
EC are MUCH stronger than PoT and i'd say on even footing with MM.
What makes AA so good now is their versatility.
They are not the strongest DPS and not the strongest tanks.
They are however very versatile which in itself is a strength.

Rogue guilds -> evils win (1 vs 0,5 -> Kenders and RoN are by far the worst occ's atm)
Magic guilds -> evils win (2 vs 1)
Fighter guilds -> kind of 50/50 (yes Calia is stupid and should be removed/nerfed hard, but DAs - as their evil DPS oriented equivalent - are still decent guilds and AA win over Knights as better jack-of-all-trades kind of guild atm)

Two guilds that doesn't have equivalent on other side are MM's and Neidars (won't mention goodie rogue guilds, because there's no point) -> with current size of players Neidar is pretty much useless in end-game (unless you want to grind Icewall...which is crappy xp-wise anyway). Especially now with so much tanky lay options added (OoTS, Cringelocks).

I agree that Kenders are absolutely trash though, but Rangers.
Well keeping someone perma stunned is kinda nifty and would in the long run even give Cassius trouble if applied by the right person.

Aside from that.
Keep off the crack pipe.
You shouldn't smoke drugs named after a part of your own behind.

in long run Ranger special get weaker and weaker when applied on the same target

so I guess all these uber powerplayers from RoN could have a bit of trouble keeping Cassius (or other weak evil-roleplayer) stunned
