Healing weapons.

Maybe I am having a mind blank.
But seems that all the weapons with a significant ability to heal you are axes.
I can think of three very strong healing ones.

I think there is one sword that heals you but never used it personally.
You would think that the lifestealer blade sword would be very similar to one of the axes, but it doesn't seem to do anything like that.

Seems a bit odd it would be so heavily dominated by one category?

Guess that is the newish polearm evils cannot wield then.

You might say clubs are crude weapons so not suitable.
But I would think an axe is just as crude.

didnt hear they cannot wield that polearm, but on the other hand I was never interested in it

They can wield it, and as a bonus it's a one-hander.
I never really liked it (never enjoyed one-handed polearms), but some of the bigger guys, like Goul, wouldn't use anything else if one or more was available.

holy crystal axe is by far the superior one to all the healing weapons tbh..
dark silver longsword dulls to quickly, heals way too little and doesnt do enough damage..
complex medicine stick dulls too quickly but heals moderately more then dark silver longsword.

Thats my experience anyway.

Complex medicine stick only heals good aligned. Evil's benefited from it for a while but it was a bug that no one realized, and it has been fixed.

Dark Silver Longsword I think they overnerfed.... The weapon was super imba but now its just plain shit to use to be honest.

Crystal axe as always is the predominant healing weapon. But there are two other axes that can heal as well that I know of.

Also Azure rune-etched and Kit's sabre (both predominantly goodie based) have small heals.

Actually to fix Dark Silver Longsword... All you would need to do is to make it 1hander
Then it would be slightly above decent..

Bloody steel axe heals too. So, 2 axes, one polearm and two swords. Doesn't seem that heavily dominated. How many weapons make bleed? How many weapons give darkness?

bleeding weapons.. Can only think of one.. SOH..(evils only)
darkness weapons?? Can only think of two.. sword,polearm,axe,whatever of darkness and obsidian sword..
All usable by all alignments..
