This qarraba, also known as a carboy, is as lovely as it is functional. It is a
clear, wide-mouth glass vessel with a large glass and cork stopper. The upper
portion is hand-painted with vines and blossoms interwoven with willow wands
and serpents, the symbols of Sachluph. The lower portion is cradled by a basket
made of thin strips of cured leather. Attached to it is a strap so that the
qarraba may be slung over one shoulder. A stitched tag on the strap reads
"qhelp". It is open. It appears to be half full.
You appraise that the weight is 390 grams and you guess its volume is about 390
milliliters. You estimate its worth to 40 cc. The open glass qarraba seems to
be able to last a while. It rejects being sold as it is keep protected.
