Alot of it is what kinda weapons you have, dualwielding polearms is more or less useless, some sword combinations are really good if you dont have a two hander

Is there any skill for dual wielding? Like I can't get an explanation on two handed combat but I feel that is for two handed weapons only.

Two Handed Combat = Dual Wielding
Two Handed Combat should have little to no bearing on wielding a two handed sword. Instead it is if you have a weapon wielded in each hand.
