Drakmere is pretty holy, so we take a good hit at alignment when we kill him. And the sceptre itself is completely worthless, pure thrash. That is why you don't see good aligned people wielding it.

The only advantage of sceptre is that you can't be disarmed with it.

I might be wrong though. It's been a very long while...

I thought the holy sceptre was decent versus the undead...
I would like to see a turnable version, or equivalent weapon nearby in Khiraa maybe.
The same with the glowing armours.

But with the area and kalad as a whole being unsupported I am just glad to have them still there and not closed.
They are some of my favourite areas of the mud, even with the exp being poor per time and effort these days.

The holy jewelled sceptre is more or less useless as it is, against the undead it is just average. Any decent club like the heavy steel club or the nordmaarian warhammer is better in my opinion (also including fights against the undeads).
