Heh, Brienne... in the books they actually often call her just that: the Maid of Tarth.
But maybe "swordswoman" would sound a little more badass and less girly.

Brienne the "Beauty"
Actually one of my favorite characters in the books and TV series.
The views posted by me on this forum is not the views of the character Amberlee in-game.
If you ask for my opinion here, you will get MY opinion, not that of my character.

What do you mean 'Swordmaiden' is not badass?
You mean that is not badass enough for you?
Jokes aside though, I think Swordmaiden is fine - Just like Shieldmaiden from Tolkien is perfectly "fantasy badass".

Actually, I also like swordmaiden.
I think that in RL the "maiden" bit (also in shieldmaiden) refers to the fact that the woman is not married (and thus independent) rather than to the person being a young girl.
But maybe it should change to "swordcrone" when you hit myth. (just kidding)

It all depends on how you interpret the title. The old "mistress" suffix could also relate to the "lover" or "concubine". I've decided for Swordmaiden instead of Swordswoman because the latter seemed a bit too crude.
Time is precious. Waste it wisely.
