Not quite... but there is beta testing ongoing for the Elemental Worshippers. The existing Spirit Circle members who are participants in that beta will be seen as Elemental Clerics.

I know the guild is still in beta, at least according to Gorboths latest status post, but is it possible to join the guild anyways or do people have to wait till its "released"?
