Racial guild is still very much in place, head to Kabal and join

Dude, you're not listening I know the guild is open, I visited with Cas the other night... I just wanna know if the order/club is still around cause I couldnt find it. It would make for excellent RP since the PoT is now flooding with hmm less then desirable races according to him

I don't think the club is opened. You used to have to go east from the unholy human and there donate some coin to join (I think it was) but now you don't seem to be able to go east from him.

Ahh, thank you Arcon for that answer. Too bad though, I wonder why they remove such a source for fun and interesting RP You didnt gain anything besides emotes and added depth to your character.
