Our trophy spikes are always full. Can we have a spike where we can just (perhaps) <plant trophy spike in ground>, <mount head on spike>?
It would be really fun and a cool, but primarily RP addition.

There is a large chamber that officers have access to which meets your needs. Contact the General or Corporal and ask them to put one of your special heads in the chamber of spikes.
