Nice necro Nils, replying to something I wrote back in 2016...
Khiraa isn't happening simply because we already have an abundance of occupational guilds. Currently there are two occupational guilds in progress, and we don't need more until we have enough players to support more occupational guilds. However, if Nerull, or anyone else, wants to make a cool layman/racial/craft guild I am most likely going to be very supportive.
