Close the thief guild!

Only validated game players have access in this forum. Use this forum to discuss guilds. Note that as a general rule, guild abilities should not be revealed.

I dont mind that it is just a 1 minute cooldown or whatever. Gives me plenty of time to deal with the person or move on.
Right now i find the issue to be the "peek" command. Because there is no limit to that, and in the last week or two i have had 20 lines spam of me catching some human trying to pry in my stuff.
And when trying to kill the fucker, he easily runs off before any damage can be done.
Peek now has a timer similar to steal.

This is a good one and would defo prevent all out abuse like a certain idiot does repeatedly and every time gets deleted for it.
It's really the only issue with the Cabal.
The rest of the abilities work fine as they are, even peek.

Rediculous if you ask me!
Perhaps not the idea, but the numbers are rediculously low.

If a thief comes to Sparkle to steal, 3 times a day is pathetic.
It's the spamsteal/peek that should be prevented.
Not a clever thief, who does his stunt in a clever way so people do hardly notice.
And if they do notice, they do not notice who did it.

Perhaps if you "catch someone", combat should be initiated automatically? It also implies that since you catch somebody, he/she is no longer hidden either. So, you catch somebody in the act, and you draw your sword or whatever, and pvp begins.

Sounds like an easy plausible solution to me. (and, you can't steal in combat ofcourse, or peek, because, well, you are fighting the dude).

And you can't see that being abused horribly?
Supermyth wants to fight X person, but doesn't want to be the aggressor.
Horrible pick pocket skill and attempt, X is the one initiating combat.

Big guy claims to be innocent, and "I was only protecting myself". :roll:
