Recurring quest for best improvement to the official client

How about making a recurring quest, where each week/month the best add-on for the official client is rewarded with general Xp like the other recurring quests?
By add-on I mean things that improve the client, like triggers, aliases, or whatever. This would of course be especially useful if the whole thing goes open source, so the range of the area in which players could contribute, would be much much bigger.

At least I'd like to see that the whole community works together to improve and refine the official client, and that everyone could benefit from the smart ideas of individual players.
