Am I boned? or can some of you geniuses provide ways that I can get around this? Forced to use IE. Internet options are restricted. Any help?

Have you tried Portable Firefox? Or some of the portable USB programs?

There are also portable TOR clients, but TOR has kinda gone under a bit. These portable apps should run Javascript and Flash natively. Worth a try.

We don't have physical computers, they are shells that connect via proxy to our head office in St. Louis. So I can't install software on them, etc.

These apps run from the USB stick. You don't need to install anything.

If you can plug-in a USB drive and access it, then these will run on anything no matter the setup. The only thing they can't do is circumvent blocks, but that's what proxies are for
