Tick Timer

Anyone have a tick timer trigger I could use for the web client?
Sometimes I am logging in from Work to chat with people, check mails, or wait for someone to wake up but I can't always be paying 100% attention. A tick timer would save me from those moments I get called away and forget to go LD or logout.
