A consistent solution would be to get into the habit of <i>, <sto>, <arm> every time you log in.
<i> to check your inventory, make sure everything is secure
<sto> to shove your essentials in packs
<arm> to <wield all> <wear all>

(I also have a <nom> to <eat all> so I can get that stamina regen from the get go)
(I'm also assuming that these are the issues you're concerned with.. I may be wrong. Meh.)

That would be like Bill Gates would ask you to click the third icon on the second row to the left on your desktop to initialize printing.
When character logs in, there should be a trigger for it, why is it so hard to accept?

obvious exit.

and make the trigger disable itself. So first time you move, it activates.

I'd rather use greasemonkey/tempermonkey to inject the script directly into the page when it loads, but I'd rather not resort to such shady shenanigans :)

It takes two seconds, if that. And they can all be compressed into one alias if you wish.
You're meant to be playing a game, not watching a robot.

I'm with you on that one, but we both know the reality.
