Disconnect button in web client isn't working for me - I noticed it yesterday (oct.8 sometime at night EST, probably early oct.9 gametime) after the scroll change was implemented

I have the same, no matter on what browser. On mobile it doesnt work as well.

Try CTRL + F5, helped me.
