How about using a fantasy font on the genesis website?
If you go to:
http://www.thievesguild.cc/fonts/index.php?p=1
or any other fantasy font hit on google you will find plenty of eye catching stuff.
I think the site would look much cooler with letters like the beginning of chapters in fantasy books. I added 'Rune Enlish' and 'Bard' font to my MS word and it looks pretty cool, but only with a larger font size.

Re: On Promotion- Perhaps Quite Important
Readability goes down the toilet pretty quickly with most fantasy fonts, unless the font size is quite large. Also, we want to make sure that fonts work on all platforms without fail.

Alright, so update 2. I managed to contact the person responsible for the adverts I spoke about, that's the good news. Bad news is... he actually owns te portal, is quite insanely rich by now... and so on, so on.
The front page advert costs 1,5K USD for 24h. Screening around 2,5K/24h. 1 Click 10-15 cents.
The person in question offered those 24 hours expositions for free (he is a former and semi-active mudder). So I'm afraid it's quite expensive after all.
