How about making a ventrilo server for the game?
I can see advantages to each guild having their own chatroom and a general one for newbies and recruitment.
Could be cool.

I won't stop you.
But I won't join it.
Doesn't really fit in, I think.

Re: how about a ventrilo server?
Or a web chat like the other forum had..?
Re: how about a ventrilo server?
It sounds a bit like the old days, when people used to hang out on IRC, where they were sharing various info (usually on who saw who and where so they could hunt them more effectively) apart from socializing.
Wizards can't really forbid out-of-game activities like that, but nothing would save you from a ban if you for example killed someone and he presented logs or other evidence of others helping you from out of the game (or if someone would deliver them the logs of someone openly sharing guild/quest info), so keep that in mind.

I fear no evil for I am fear incarnate.
