It is a fictional weapon created by Weis and Hickman for Kenders. It is a unique Kender only weapon that no other person would ever use.

It should be there though. Kender discrimination by the Medieval historians!!!

Weird I was search the net for images of hoopaks to see what the heck they are and it led me back here...
