Team Specials

So I was thinking if there were team specials, it might make it much more beneficial to team and also make it a lot more fun.

For example:

Blue Dragonarmy x3, AA, and a PoT are teamed. Perhaps a message saying,"Your team is in position for a team attack" or something of that nature and everyone can have an extra special attack with a unique message about a hurricane of blade finished with a devastating neck breaking swing of a black heavy mace or whatnot.

Neidar x2, Elven Archer x2, SU are teamed.
Team position message.
A rain of steel comes upon your <target> while axes furiously chop away limbs and heads abound.

*shrug*

Just a thought.

Might be fun, especially if the combo of players altered the resulting special or buff.. maybe you could choose to have an attack special or a buff of some sort. for example if you have three elves the buff or special might include some extra speed, or if you have 2 monks you get some extra defence or unarmed or even blindfighting. The combinations would allow for alot of possible specials/buffs.

Some kind of team bonus/special would be cool to code.

Nice! Doesn't have to be a damage special either, just something randomly cool to promote grouping.

It doesn't necessarily mean faster grinding, just less mundane and more interesting to stick around the
screen to see if the special chanced or not.

I kind of like the idea of a random buff of some sort, there could be all sorts of fun ones. Everybody get a party hat and yells Happy Birthday after every successful kills plus +1 damage for everyone while the buff is in effect. This is trigger not by the teaming but by ten kills by the team. So if you stay teamed you keep getting a new buff every ten minutes or so.

Any of you played Lord of the rings online?
There you have different team combos.
Sometimes it pops up a selection.. red, gree, blue or yelow button..
And depending on what the different people push, you get different combos :)
Four people would get the four button combos(aka best)
Three would get three button combo.
And two would get two button combo.
