Guys! Wonderful idea inspired by a youngun!
Let's make a domain that is nothing but fun! I was thinking a grassy knoll or a forest that you can play hide and seek, or I spy!
A place that is free to get to, and you can just play the day away! Like those woods back behind your house when you were a kid, that you and your borthers would go explore and play. I would definitely go here!

Perhaps make it a no kill zone? But then people will just run there to hide from combat..
Sort of an.. interesting? idea.
Perhaps it could be a Kender thing? Something in their guildhall?

Wizards are free to code whatever they want as long as they don't break the game. There's tons of stuff people code just because it's fun. The aopcopter that you use to fly down to mortals with for example, or the Meat Mart where you can order elf burger meals, and all sorts of fun stuff.
Then of course, we probably wont put these things in the game, but that's another question. You just asked if you can wiz and code you idea, and sure you can.
