Wights, Haradrims, Trollshaws, Moria, Isengard (death trap), San Ford orcs, Goblin caves, Orc camp with Gorgun (plus area north of there)

I agree many of these are not great places, but they atleast offer decent grinding.

Anorien fort isn't good cus they can see in the dark.

Ents is harder to tank/do damage than anywhere else mentioned. Barash gund easier than an ent.
