Training Room Displays

I was wondering if it would be possible to have a command or a sign that would bring up all the skills taught in a training room, whether it be guild or adventurer or otherwise. Once I have learned a skillset of a guild I can no longer see the exact level they offered that skill up to anymore. Which is fine, but when you have overlapping occ and lay, skill-wise, it can get confusing.
If this is a problem where the only solution is, "...well someone is going to have to alter the code in every single room." then no big deal! I was just wondering. Thanks.

improve -1 or learn -1 used to do the trick
