The efficiency of learning has improved. You can now in one go learn and/or
improve a skill to the maximum level taught or until you run out of cash,
whichever comes first.
The new commands in this respect are:
learn/improve max - show the cost of maximum training
learn/improve <skill> max - train to the maximum (you can afford)
The respective help pages on "learn" and "improve" have been updated. In
certain guilds they may become active only after the next time Armageddon
sweeps the lands. If you have any questions or comments, let me know.
