Using firefox 24.0 on Windows xp sp3
Mana bar will still show 'degraded' while 'v' or 'v mana' shows fully recovered.
Health and fatigue bars generally update a lot quicker.
It may not be catching the info at the same time as the other two?

Re: mana bar update delay
The recoded magic guilds (Morgul Mages, Academics) have a different mana pool as the original guilds, this is currently not properly reflected in the client (or GMCP for that matter). It's something we need to remedy, but it's not as straightforward as that may seem
