Become the new captain of the RoI and this war will end. I will try to get in touch with Prokop to find the leadership that Nemi obviously lacks.
I know the political process can take time, so make the captain change quickly. Until this is done, the war continues and no ranger is safe.
I don't think you get it, Sam, he left Rangers...

Ye, you are more annoying than a crying baby, and when you give up, I will rejoice. Now, about the items taken from Tibor and Manglor, when you returning them? I will relieve you of items, and other BDA's I encounter, until I have obtained an equal number of items you have taken, and then one for each Ranger who have died.

So far you've got more than we have, but it's a work in progress.

If Manglor has left then give him the items :P And then kill Nemi again so you have more items :D

Tbh this crap when you kill someone and they bitch about the items? Seriously they are spoils of war, if you want stuff kill someone and take it.

I'd have thought revenge would be the plan so you could redeem your honor just alittle, just kill him :P

That's pretty sad Nemi's ego made the Rangers lose another member.

Now you are a captain of no one. A sad pathetic excuse for a Dunedain in a guildhall all to yourself. You have done far more damage to the Rangers and their reputation than my Army ever could. When you get the discipline to attack me, my sword will be waiting to kill you once more.

There is no need to give up when our victory has been assured with Manglor's departure.

Your words are empty, your threats are benign, and no one respects you.

Is it necessary to spam auction with those items?

Lets start with the first statement. Manglor joined Rangers AFTER your army member made his first crime against the rangers, which you wanted to reward rather than punish.

Before Manglor joined, I was the only active member of Ithilien, I am so again, I know, but without me being active, there would be NO Ithilien Rangers active, period.

Sure, assured. To bad I don't give up.

Now, I'm finished debating the war here on the forum. If you can't hunt me down, then try to keep the mouse trap shut. Only once have you come upon me, then with yourself at myth and two legends at your side, and you didn't manage to slay me then. Five times have you been running like the coward you are when I am coming at you solo. Once have I had to leave. Once have I died, when attacking your guild hall, since you obviously are too much of a coward to come out, and even then, it was not only you, as you claim, but two NPC's who did NOT fight me until you changed their orders. One of them wasn't even fighting.

The statement that noone respects me is quite mistaken, that YOU and the rubble of mercenaries you call an army don't respect me, sure, but then again, I don't respect you either. You have done nothing to earn any form of respect, and basically what you've done on the forum in this case is try to ruin my and other rangers' reputation, whine and brag about how the BDA, with it's myths and legends have managed to kill one expert, one veteran and myself, when I was attacking your camp since you're too scared to leave it without allies close by. Oh, yes, you did manage to slay Manglor, who was AFK, that, as he himself said, was his own fault, but hardly a challenge. You have no respect with me, Bromen, nor will you ever have. You have proven yourself to be the worst General of any army I've seen. Or perhaps the best? Something like the generals of the first world war? They made a song about them... "The Generals have a jolly good time, fifty five miles behind the lines..." At least I stand in the front-line when we're making attacks...

Nope, but when Bromen put two pairs of Ranger boots on there, I had to make sure he knew that two rangers were worth ten of his soldiers... To bad all Ranger npc's use those boots, and only a fraction of his use the masks...

And ten items is hardly spamming.

Nemi, no longer bothering with this thread.

They are just trash talking each other really. and mesuring thier weapon (quantities) that is to be expected in a war(thread) like this one. It seems to be very entertaining to everyone (that is not actually involved)

Im sure once it stops being "fun" the war (thread) will pitter out.

An issue that this war (thread) has brought up:
It is true the RoI is painfully small as nemi pointed out, and bromen when he had to resort to ganking RON(which has the numbers but less tolerance for war) with the current population of the donut. There probibly should not be multible branches of the same guild. even large guilds can seem small if your in an unpopular branch. It may be better if people could just choose "specialty focus" within one guild with one leadership. things may have resolved in a different (though probibly less entertaining to not involved observers) way.

It would be nice if someone from the RoN were to reach out to the Blue Wing.

Then this war would be reduced to Nemi's personal vendetta and the Blue attacking her on sight.

A good summary.
I would like to hear about why no one from the RoN leadership reached out to me after Tibor died.
It would be nice if someone from the RoN were to reach out to the Blue Wing.
Well, OOC of course; I am ticked that I am being dragged into this. I am ticked that this appears to be a pissing match between a few experienced players. I am ticked that the only concrete result (death and gear are not permanent) is that 2, maybe 3 players have left the game. And I am ticked that despite Tolkien putting 2000 km between RoN and the un-related Gondor Army's RoI, and the donut making us appear a distinctive grey colour, that nearly nobody seems to have noticed the difference and two junior guys paid the price.

If I examine this in character, the RP goal / RoN goal is defence of Ariador and the Shire.
None of these events relate or help.

Chanele pointed out:
Gorboth: any news on recodes? Events like this is unfair when only some of us gets to taste the cake
Another thing I need to consider. I play a guild that was originally coded 1992-1994 and had a patch up in 2004. I have useful skills like 75 levels of tracking to follow someone. It was great in 1992 when everyone typed out directions manually, but useless after mud clients showed up with paths, routes and speed walking. It is a novelty now. I could write several thousand words on the subject, like how the herbalist club can out herb me, and other guilds can out cleanse or out cast me or perform my skill-set better than I can, but I must digress and save that for another thread.

You haven't heard from me in character/game because I'm not convinced I have a dog in this fight, or need one.
What would my goal be?

And speaking of goals, Ilrahil was got, Nemi was got, more than 3 rangers were got. from what I have read on here, this should already be over.
