Quest Hint

Need help with quests? Maybe just some advice on which guilds to choose? This is the forum for you. Note that you must be a validated player to view this forum. (Note: Quest help should come in the form of helpful suggestions/hints, but not direct solutions/walkthrough info.)

From what I heard there is no limit...
Probably there is no point in giving him really large numbers of torches though. The experience gain may be minimal.
Just a guess.
I gave him a few hundreds.

Well, I gave in and did the final reward after 500 or something, not sure how many it would have required to max out.

On a different note, I finally got the Ghost quest in Sybarus, and the Sheik quest in Kalad to work after reboots. However, I still cannot get the Rescue Faerie quest in Sybarus to work. I have 'completed' this quest numerous times now and I never get anything to happen after I return the faerie. Does anyone know if this quest only rewards exp once per reboot?

never got this kind of problem.
only one i can remind of is cage being empty like 53236526414 times, but other than that nothing comes to mind

Weird. I haven't had any problem with an empty cage. I just cannot seem to get the reward after having finished.
