This is certainly not true.
That these items so far have not recieved damage in combat is mostly due to how the extended toolslots was implemented in the mudlib.

It's very likely all armours will take damage in combat in the future. The issue was highlighted by players use of always-prime toolslots for imbuements.

Also i wonder how ring can break on my finger with not breaking it? :P

Guessing you didnt give a second thought to the effort collecting pronounced and intense imbues demand when adding these changes, nor was it probably tested at all.

G in short, you have changed armour slots, all are breaking now, so for tankers you have eliminated imbue system, it is useless now as i said many times here and there (effort to get a ordinary stone is much more bigger than fun from it)
Taking out imbue system from tankers you ruined their game or as you prefer, you are making less fun for them.
I dont know how to say it simplier, dont you really see it?

No, I sent the following tell to everyone in the game about 30 minutes ago:

Code: Select all

You tell everyone: ATTENTION: Additional testing is being performed on some of the announced changes to armour/weapon breaking. The scheduled Armageddon will take place as soon as we feel confident about the system. This will hopefully be in the next few hours.
So stay tuned ...

I'm restricted because of finals.

RIP items.
  • A soft leather backpack
  • Around 100 orc teeth and nails
  • A small shooting star
  • A flower that cures poison
  • Over 1000 apples I stole
You are gone but not forgotten.
