Or if someone compiles a list of torques and places them within that library?
Is that a dare? ;)

Typically the Library of a walk up and join guild would suck compared to other guilds...

Sure a merc could do it.
But they would then have more competition for the stuff with people not necessarily allied to them, so few do.

But there are herb maps etc out there on the internet already.
So its not like this is a "rule" just discussing if you were doing something official where to draw the line.

Why not get the Guild Leaders involved in the new Web Portal Gorbath is working and let them all together with the Arches and Lieges work on publishing the content directly from the local libraries to the webportal (just as the boards today, but in a more structured way).

Quite a few guilds have already a library available to mortals that made the way to the library.

If the new web site would have a part that is considered as a public library full of knowledge that your character can learn and tap into through his spiritual powers (OCC meets ICC) and use in the game it would make much more sense but you would have to empower the guild leaders to take active participation.

See it as the Embassadors to the Outside Spiritual World (or whatever we wanna call this Void).

My copper.
