1) Flotsam injured knight. Last Arma I tried to do the quest and the knight was declining my help (probably once per arma that's why?) Now the knight was vanished altogether.
2) Stable quests in Minas Tirith. Last Arma I did the first one. Now none of the related NPCs are even talking to me about a quest, don't want help etc.
I just tried those 2 quests and I failed miserably. What's up though, especially with the MT ones (since injured knight could've been killed I guess)

the stable minas tirith quests are dependant on <time> command you can type in ME
the quests are related to helping the horse of a certain guest, and thus will only work when taht guest is present in MT according to the books timeline.

No, some things are wrong. Found at least one location that failed to load (loaded second time) and one that is not loaded properly/has npc missing (that is like the knight issue).
