During December 16 and January 3 the Wheel-Of-Fun was
spun a total of 5.380 times, which is the most recorded
spins since the start of this tradition in 2015.

During the first three years people have always claimed
they are the most unlucky, and everyone else are so lucky,
so this year a competition was created to determine who
actually is the luckiest. Turns out it's Montagu!

The competition was very close for a long time, and the
lead changed many times. Bones looked like a potential
winner with a few days left, but ended the event with
five bad spins in a row and finished in fourth place. Rex
piled up a couple of good spins near the end to finish
third. Eventually there were only two participants left,
and it came down to the last spin for Montagu and
Bardlin to determine the winner, with Montagu holding
on to a one point lead. When Bardlin spun a zero it was
all over, but to prove his luck Montagu scored one more
point to win by two.

After winning Montagu said he had "Never been so lucky!".
We can only agree, since as most of you know, the odds of
winning anything useful at all aren't that great. So, to
pull off 13 points is very lucky indeed.

Here is what Montagu won:

Lucky indeed! Although, with a total score of 13 (uh-oh!),
the question is if it's an indication of Montagu's luck
running out? Only time will tell.

coin that he may keep for 30 days. What that one does is
for Montagu to find out. You may claim your rewards in

rewards for this event, as there were no effort involved
other than visiting Sparkle once each day. Besides, most

The Yuletide lottery was created as a gift to all players
in Genesis. A gift, because without you Genesis would not
exist. Sadly, one player felt this free gift was not good
enough and decided to try to cheat.

The player Jayden thought it would be a good idea to
create over 100(!) new characters and use them to win
prizes for his main character and various friends. This
ridiculous attempt at cheating was of course discovered,
and after initially trying to lie his way out, Jayden
eventually confessed to it all.

For cheating in an event and for breaking the rules about
character separation multiple times (see <help rules>)
the player Jayden has been permanently DELETED and his
name has been BANISHED from ever being used again.

Please let this be a lesson for anyone who thinks it
seems like a good idea to cheat.

Next year maybe the unluckiest player, spinning every day, could have a reward too. :)
I think Mim was extremely unlucky, but he did not spin the last few days out of frustration.

Thx for the event!! A good and fun one for very little time spend.

Yeah I was thinking of doing that, but just didn't have time to include it this year. Perhaps next year we can check who is the unluckiest as well!

Thanks for the idea. However, negative points might make people in the lead reluctant to spin, and suddenly it becomes a bit strategic. Which usually would be good, but in this case I like that it's 100% about luck. And I also like that fact that you can't win anything bad. The Christmas theme is about gifts, and a gift taking something from you isn't a good gift.:)

You'll still receive a gift since Julio believes everyone are good deep down. (He's very naive)

A short stint as AoP would cure him from that!

Good idea. It worked for me! I'll talk to Gorboth about that.

Looks like brand-new alts are luckier than most established players! Ahh, gotta love RNG! :)
