Greetings Denizens of the Donut,
I have had many of you contact me with regards to Rommik
and the Auction House. If you recall my previous post,
I am trying to get specific details about items lost.
In talking with Rommik we have agreed the best way to
deal with lost items for the time being is to refund
players the money they have spent.
While I know this means you do not get the item, it
is the simplest way to deal with the loss given the
quanitity of items being pilfered by this Nefarious
high-stakes theft ring.
As we continue to invesitgate who might be the ring
leader of this nefarious organization, I ask that
those who lose items to the Auction House please do
the following.
- Mail AoP
- Include in the mail the item you have lost please
be as specific as possible. Including the log of the
item in the AH would be the best.
- Provide evidence you have placed a bid on the item
and have won the item.
Once we recieve this mail we will verify the item
has in fact been lost and we will reimburse the cost
of the item.
Please keep in mind this is an interim solution until
we are able to get to the bottom of why the items are
vanishing from right under Rommiks' guards noses.
To reiterate:
- Send a mail to aop
- Include the _specific items_ not just "lost an item"
- Provide evidence you have won the item.
